The ski-in ski-out access, as long as the snow allows, coupled with proximity to the lift to Arc 2000, positioned the hotel favorably for snow enthusiasts. The staff's willingness to assist with our extension request was commendable—they efficiently adjusted bookings while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. the free shuttle service and grocery shopping assistance added convenience to our stay, underscoring a commitment to guest satisfaction without excessive costs.
